TI – India’s Action Plan

By becoming a member of Transparency International you can contribute to the cause of fighting corruption in India in several ways –

1.	You can volunteer your time to participate in and lead various projects of Transparency International India,
2.	Provide ideas and initiatives on anticorruption programmes for consideration of the Board of Directors of Transparency International India and
3.	You can provide financial support to Transparency International India by way of membership fee and donations.

1.	The minimum age for Membership is 21 years.
2.	Applicants are requested to give references of members of TI India/State Chapters's Board of Management.
3.	Minimum subscription for Life Membership for Resident Indians is Rs 1,000/ and for NRIs $100**
4.	Applications, which are incomplete, shall not be considered.

** the donations in India are tax deductible under Indian Income Tax Rules. Members who live in the US can give their donations to an organization called "Friends of Transparency International India". Donations to it are also tax deductible in the U. S. for which we have approval from Internal Revenue Service
